At Mizco International we want all of our customers to be satisfied with our products! Therefore, we’ll accept returns from you within 30 days of delivery of product. On all returns we give a full refund less the original shipping costs.
Follow these three steps:
- E-mail customer service and inform us which products you would like to return. The customer service department will e-mail you a return confirmation.
- Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the e-mail sent to the customer service department as well as a copy of the return confirmation e-mail you receive.
- Send your purchase back to the address listed below by any method you wish. You will be responsible for the cost of this shipping.
